OUR MISSION
At Isaiah 61 Outreach Ministry, our mission is to faithfully proclaim the gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, reaching out to the lost souls in our community and beyond. Through our unwavering commitment to the transformative power of God's love, we strive to bring deliverance and healing to those who are bound by the chains of sin, brokenness, and despair.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
In One God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Deut. 6:4; Mt. 28:19; Mk. 12:29)
In the Bible as the inspired and infallible Word of God. (2 Tim. 3:15, 16)
In the virgin birth of Christ, His vicarious, atoning death, bodily resurrection, and ascension. (Is. 7:14; Rm. 8:34; Acts 1:10)
In salvation through the blood of Jesus Christ. (1 John 5:10; Rm. 10:13-15)
In water baptism by immersion. (Mt. 28:19)
In divine healing through the redemptive work of Christ on the cross. (Is. 53:4; Mt. 8:16, 17)
In the baptism in the Holy Spirit with the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues. (Acts 2:4; 10:44-46; 15:8,9)
In the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit who enables a believer to live holy. (Heb. 12:14; 1 Pt. 1:15, 16)
In the second coming of Jesus Christ. (Acts 24:15; Lk. 14:14; Rev. 19:7-9)
In bringing to God, His tithes and His offerings. (Mal. 3:10-11; Luke 5:38)
OUR VISION
Our ministry is dedicated to nurturing and discipling the Church, equipping believers with the knowledge and understanding of God's love, grace, and truth. We endeavor to create an environment of love, acceptance, and support, fostering growth and spiritual maturity in the lives of our members.
Recognizing the strength and unity that comes from a body functioning together in harmony, we actively seek to work as one, valuing each individual's unique gifts and talents. Through collaboration, cooperation, and shared vision, we aspire to impact our community and the world, bringing hope, reconciliation, and restoration to those in need.
With unwavering faith in God's transforming power, we are committed to fulfilling the mandate of Isaiah 61, embracing our role as ambassadors of Christ, bringing good news to the afflicted, binding up the brokenhearted, and proclaiming freedom for the captives. We are dedicated to being vessels of God's love and grace, living out our mission with compassion, integrity, and humility.
